This is accomplished by providing support and advocacy services and by focusing on healing in the areas of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual growth within a safe and secure haven.

Maggie’s Resource Centre of North Hastings
Maggie’s Resource Centre is dedicated to empowering and supporting women navigating the complexities of intimate partner violence. To achieve this, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet diverse needs. These include safe and secure transitional housing, vital education and outreach programs to raise awareness and provide practical support, and specialized women’s programming. Our women’s programs focus on fostering crucial skills and confidence through self-esteem building, job readiness training, and opportunities for social connection, ultimately helping women rebuild their lives and thrive.
Esprit Place Family Resource Centre
Esprit Place Family Resource Centre offers emergency accommodation and assistance for women and children in the District of Parry Sound who find themselves in crisis. Priority is given to women leaving abusive situations. Our Staff provide supportive counselling and information to assist women in changing their lives and the lives of their children. All services and programs are voluntary, free of charge, and confidential.
Family Violence Project of Waterloo Region
The Family Violence Project exists to provide a community-based response to family violence, with wrap around services in a single location, focusing on support, advocacy, prevention, education and awareness.
Good Shepherd Centres, Women’s Services
We are called to Never Stop Loving. Inspired by the Hospitality of St. John of God and rooted in Catholic teachings, Good Shepherd provides person-centred health, housing and human services.
Sexual Assault Support Centre of Waterloo Region
We support survivors of sexual violence.
We listen, facilitate healing, and celebrate resiliency. Using an anti-racist, intersectional feminist approach, we work to transform systems which promote gender-based violence.
Sudbury and Area Victim Services
Sudbury & Area Victim Services provides immediate crisis response, intervention, and prevention services which are responsive to the needs of individuals, families and communities affected by crime and tragic circumstances.
Sudbury & Area Victim Services is a community based non-profit organisation providing free and confidential assistance to victims of crime and sudden tragedy.
NAOMIS FAMILY RESOURCE CENTRE
Naomi’s Family Resource Centre provides safe, secure, confidential emergency shelter and support services to women 16 years and older with or without children who are victims of family violence in any form. Through renewed awareness of their strengths and resources women and children can establish violence free lives in the community and reach their full human growth potential.

Bethlehem Housing and Support Services attempts to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients will feel comfortable accessing programs and resources that support growth, development, and situational change.
