While there are many safety resources available throughout this website, if you are in immediate need of support there are a number of provincial helplines that can be accessed via telephone, text and online chat. These helplines are available 24 hours a day and seven days a week and can provide crisis support, referrals, assistance with system navigation and other information regarding services and resources in your area.

If you are in need of emergency housing/shelter, there are a number of different shelter and second stage housing services available throughout Ontario. These organizations provide shelter and a wide range of supports to women and children and gender-diverse individuals who are experiencing violence.
